It was too hot
My hip hurts
I've been working a ton
I'm sore from yesterday's work out
That's why I've been such a slacker this week. It was brutally hot earlier in the week, I hit the treadmill, I ran in 80 degrees at 6:30a.m. It sucked. Then later in the week (and weekend) work took over. I've been up for a few hours working today (Sunday) and have to go into the office in a few hours and really should go run a few miles, but my legs are screaming from yesterday's squats and lunges and I'm just worn out. Not good. I know. I need to break the cycle and run. I should have zero excuses tomorrow. And may yet get inspired today.
And yes, my hip is still aching. Should probably do something about that.
