I'm so disgusted with myself that I can't wait two days to start making changes after New Years Eve. The past month has been filled with pie, and biscuits and booze and carbs of all kinds. And I feel gross.
I'm starting a Whole30 tomorrow. I've done this twice before and I always feel so much better when I eat this way.
Despite the food insanity, I've actually been really good about exercising, and I'm slowly starting to run again. I'm going to push to hit my nikeplus goal for the 30 days. I raised my goal after a 32 day streak, and have had a tough time hitting the higher target, but I'm committed and focused.
